The First Month

Freyja was a month old yesterday. I can't believe it's gone by so fast!

I have a zillion blog entries brewing in my mind but every time I try to sit down to type anything, someone wakes up or cries or gets hungry or needs a diaper changed. I am behind with blogs, emails, calls, errands, work, life.

But we are still here. Johnny and I are still married and laughing together (mostly), we actually do get some sleep, we still get out every day. We've been to the pediatrician (is it wrong that I always want to say "the vet" instead?), and to parks and restaurants. We've gone shopping and apple picking. We've even been to Massachusetts twice! Freyja is an easy and wonderful baby in very different ways than Thora was easy and wonderful, and we are enjoying falling in love with her too.
